Potatoes was a collection released by Ralph Records in 1987. The release included two special limited edition versions: an LP version which came in a potato sack with a poster and postcard, and a CD version in a little potato sack.

The Residents contributed I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry, a song composed during the Stars & Hank Forever sessions but left off of the LP. The version here is different from the one on Daydream B-Liver.
