The 12 Days of Brumalia was an internet event presented by The Residents and Residents.com. For 12 days, starting on December 25th, a new song was posted on Residents.com web site along with an illustration and a quote. On the 13th day, The Residents presented the epic musical work, The Feast of Epiphany.
Ralph America collected the audio track for a CD release in the summer of 2004.
Numbered edition of 1000. The first 475 copies were sent out with faulty covers: The faulty cover had a triangle/eye design on the front, and is numbered on the inside. Corrected covers have a top-hatted eyeball on its side in water on the front, and are numbered on the outside. Also, faulty covers were printed without a black plate, causing them to have a brownish appearance. Ralph America later made corrected covers available to faulty cover buyers, but they're not numbered.
